Returns & refunds

We are preparing our first collection and are not taking orders yet. This is how returns will work when orders open.

Returning an item

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us and we will send instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will make it right.

Candles

Used candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
